History:
My laptop (MSI) webcam was not working properly (choppy video). After much troubleshooting, I finally contacted MSI. They said the webcam was faulty and replaced it for free since it was under warranty.
Received the laptop back this week and noticed that I get the BSOD whenever I wake the laptop from sleep with stop code: DRIVER_VERIFIER_DMA_VIOLATION. I don't get the BSOD in any other situation that I've found. Other than that, the laptop works fine.

Go to Run (Win and R keys) and type in "verifier" (without the quotes) and press Enter
In the Window that opens, select "Delete existing settings"
Then click on "Finish" to close out the window (and stop Driver Verifier from running).
Reboot and see if that helps (test by putting it to sleep and trying to wake it).
More to follow after looking at the reports............

Your BIOS/UEFI versionE16P7IMS.111, dates from 6/3/2019
Please visit the MSI support site for your system and see if there are any stable updates available for your system's BIOS/UEFI
If there are, please update to the latest stable version.
Please manually check for Windows Updates and ensure that you have ALL available updates.
All 5 memory dumps show the STOP 0xE6 BSOD error code with the Symbolic Name: DRIVER_VERIFIER_DMA_VIOLATION
All the dmps appear identical in all 4 parameters.
Garmin drivers date from 2012
Norton drivers date from 2017/2018
I suggest that you update these programs to the latest available version
If turning off Driver Verifier (the Delete existing settings thing) doesn't stop the BSOD's, then please post back to let us know.
Good luck!

Update BIOS - https://www.msi.com/Laptop/support/GL63-9SEK
jdc2 OP does not have Driver Verifier enabled, the bugcheck is also shown when Driver Verifier is not working (according to the first parameter, the DMA access violation has been detected by IOMMU)

I understand - yet thought it was worth a shot in case something was "stuck" in the background.
Please see the PM that I sent you.

Thank you all for the suggestions. Here's what I did:
1. I opened "Verifier" as an admin and selected "delete existing settings" which said "no changes have been made." I put the laptop to sleep and still had the BSOD upon starting.
2. I updated the BIOS using the MSI website. Restarted and no changes.
3. I went to Device Manager and went through each item to update the drivers. The drivers I ended up updating were:
- Display Adapters - Intel ® UHD Graphics 630
- Firmware - MS-16P7 SBIOS Ver.112
- Mice and other pointing devices - Synaptics SMBus Touchpad
- Software components - Killer Networking Sotware, Realtek Audio Effects Component, Realtek Audio Universal Service and Realtek Hardware Support Application
- Sound - NVIDIA High Definition Audio
- System devices - Intel® Management Engine Interface, Intel® Xenon® E3 - 1200/1500 v5/6th Gen Intel® Core™ PCIe Controller (x16) 1901, and SteelSeries Device Factory
I also went to Windows Update and ensured everything was up to date. I've restarted after prompted to and still no changes after putting the laptop to sleep.
As far as the Norton drivers, I'm not sure what to do with that because I uninstalled that program after receiving my laptop. I'm currently using Windows Defender as protection.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can check. I appreciate the help. Below and attached is an updated snapshot of my machine.

You can remove the remnants of Norton with the Norton Removal Tool (free from here: https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v60392881
Follow the insttructions carefully so you don't end up reinstallting Norton (after the reboot).

Please run System File Checker and see if there're any system files missing or corrupted. If there are any, the sfc /scannow command (System File Checker) will repair them. Run Command Prompt as administrator.

I ran as admin and there were a few errors that were corrected. I don't know if you needed to see them but they are in the attachment. Also, there is no change. I still get the BSOD but now it looks like it happens before I even wake the system. I think it happens when the system is going into sleep.

Does your laptop have a USB-C port? If so, do you have anything connected to it?
